Hellopeter, I'm having a problem with Edgars Customer Service, they are calling me non stop regarding an account that does not even belong to me. I went to their store's customer care to launch my complaint and draw my statement which is up to date and they said that they will rectify the matter, because it appeared that someone else with a different account and ID number's Details contains my cellphone number. We share the same name and surname however since end of December 2012 Edgars have been calling me non stop. I've been telling those consultants to stop phoning me about an account that does not even belong to me but they continue phoning me on a daily basis telling me that my account is in arrears. Someone is not doing their job and those calls are really annoying me. Can someone please just do their work at Edgars Customer Service? How did my phone number end up on someone else's information similar to mine. Is this Identity? Will this make my name end up at Credit Bureau? Is it? What legal action can I take? Please give me a solution? Because I'm losing my patience right now!
