Ii purchased a DSTV decoder from game on the 12th of december, Thursday and was promised that the DSTV technician would visit my house before the saturday 14th of December. I waited until the tuesday since it had been a long weekend and still noting... when I went to their premises on the tuesday 17th I was told the technicians were on their way to my house and still i waited to no avail... when I kept calling on wednesday the 18th I was told they were coming to my house at that minute and an hour and a half later there was still no one so I called again and this time they said the technicians were in the area still busy with other clients needless to say the day ended with those people never coming after spending a lot of airtime calling to enquire and holding on the phone not to mention the inconvenience of having had to wait for these people so they dont find me out of the house. The service was really pathetic and undermining to me as a customer not sp that they never delivered on promised time but the dishonesty among those serving us the paying customer. really really poor service.
