I bought a bed on the 10th December 2013 and due to rains they could not deliver that day, but a promise was made that delivery will be the next day. Andile (my Sales Consultant) constantly called me to check if I had received, of which it was always the same answer 'not delivered'. He even put me through to their driver so that I get a commitment from him (driver) that he was gonna deliver that same day. The bed that was meant to be delivered on the 11th Dec ended up being delivered on the 17th Dec. Thank you to people like him who go an extra mile, making sure that they do not only sell but that we as their customers are happy. He showed cared, called, listened and was a teamplayer. I appeal to Bradlows to clean up their act, up their customer service and make sure that the customer is happy. This is the first furniture shop that I used when I started working and would still like to continue using.
