Yet again, I have to deal with the incompetence of your store! I came into your store on 17 December 2013, and bought another bed, which is an exchange of the previous bed I bought.
I spoke to Arish who informed me that they cannot deliver the bed as promised today as it is raining. So I asked him, if it rains for the next 80 days (hypothetically speaking) what is his plan - and he said he would have to make a plan! If a plan can be made (if it continues to rain), why can't the same plan be made today?
I am the customer, and I should not be worried about weather conditions, and I expect a bed that is in perfect condition on the day it is promised to be delivered.
Arish does not have customer skills and just handed the phone to the delivery guy who confirmed that he will be at my home at 8:30am to pick up the old bed.
Please be advised that if this promise is not honored I will come in for a FULL refund of my goods.
