WARNING: bought from Nelle Hats, big mistake!

Hi there

I ordered a hat from Nelle Hat Designs in Annelin and asked my mother to pick up the hat since they are both in Pretoria. Last week when I got the hat from my mother, it looked nothing like what I ordered, and I asked Petro to please give me what I ordered or give me a refund. She tells me she has a 1-day return policy, therefore there would be no refund and that was essentially her attitude!!
Since I can't get the R560 I paid for the hat back, the least I can do is warn people, the hat differences are at the link attached.
Please also note the size of what I ordered on the manequin head, the other one is not even half the size!

After spending over R1400 at your business Petro, you could have at least pretended it was a mistake and given me at least part of my money back and not deliberate! Facebook and Twitter here I come!
