Was paying my purchases made at the till point right across the Kiosk where a group of employees and their line supervisor, Eva Koordom, was standing having a loud chat. i however had to pack my own groceries because the cashier was completely ignorant to me being the customer and none of the girls chatting lend a hand even to assist. When i mentioned this on my way out to Eva she just shrugged it off. its not the first time ive experienced such service with that particular store. Another superior, Ms Marthinus also gives the customers that cold brush offs, hardly a smile when she assists or they'd let you wait forever when they need to assist in customer related issues. Steer clear if you used to good service.
