I was shocked of what I have experianced today at one of your stores in pretoria, Kolonnade retail park, I didn't like how Werner Nel the branch manager and Lee Roy the Area manager are treating the staff and the way they running the business, and I have heard the area manager swearing at a staff member using a ''F'' word and threatening her that he will deduct money from the employee's salary.
