I am not just a disgruntled customer but I am a furious citizen and
shocked that the local shops that we shop in do not have the proper
security standards to protect our best interests as well as our
safety.
On the 6 November 2013 in Vincent park shopping centre, in TEKKIE
TOWN, I went to go purchase a sneaker, as I was paying for the item, I
had placed my blackberry 9790 on the counter when I took my wallet out
to pay the so called "kind" and trustworthy cashier.
sadly I left the shop without my cell phone, after a few minutes I had
remembered that I had forgotten my phone on the counter when I was at
CLICKS (which is right next to Tekkie Town), when I went back to TEKKIE TOWN and asked the manager he claimed that my phone was probably taken by another customer and then continued to state that he didn't bother looking for it because he was pre-occupied with other matters. he also neglected the fact that I was the only customer in store at the moment of purchase...
on 7 November 2013 I went back to Tekkie Town and requested that
the manager gives me contact details of someone that ranks higher than
them. he then gave me this phone number: 072 4349 592 Ryan.
