I called Michelle with 5 minutes left in the work day to place an order... upon arrival we encountered numerous stumbling blocks including some staff having gone home already, technical difficulties from her workstation, etc. but despite all that Michelle was cool, calm and collected and went above and beyond to make sure that I left with the cable that I had ordered! Thank you Michelle for staying late and making me a satisfied customer of Datanet Midrand.
