No rewards vouche

I checked my online profile last week, and it said that I have earned R156 cash back for the last quarter. (For the period ending in November 2013)
Today Clicks have cleared that total, and the running total for the new quarter has started, however I have not received my voucher for the R156 that I am owed.
I submitted a query last week via the website, but nobody has contacted me.
