The instructions that came with the Transfer Paper for dark textiles (product CTM-62) states that you should print a mirror image, when in fact you should not. After wasting a page (at R100 for 5 pages it is not cheap) they promised to replace the page. I'm struggling since 23 Sep. to get that page. Each time I contact them it will be delivered next week, but I think they have no intention to replace it and hope that I would just go away.
