Change debit order dates & obliged to take d/o

We went to incredible connection secunda with an interest in cameras. The sales lady helped us very nicely with everything and shared her knowledge with us. We then opened an account on my husbands name at the branch in secunda.we filled in and signed all the forms when the manager that was suppose to approve the whole process clicked on disapprove and they had to do the whole application again from start. They asked us to come back later. We did that and waited for them to phone us. When they phoned my husband was approved for a bigger amount but the interest was more. We have to pay more on interest because of the managers fault. Then we told the guy do the admin work we want to pay eft. He said they don't do eft. Which is a because I have a bradlows account and they do eft. They just took the details of my husband bank statements and just decided on debit order. The admin guy told us that the first instalment in end of January. over the weekend head office phoned us telling us it is end of December. we are very digusted with the service. They promise everytime to phone us back and it just don't happen. Please can anyone sort this out. I feel disciplinary action must be taken
