MyUpdates Problem

I had a MTN Money Mobile Account & MTN opened a Access Bank Account. I received money & I never received any notifications. I send a twitter message to @askSBSA & they told me that this type of account comes with MyUpdates & it was activated. I received money again & still no notifications. I once again send a twitter message to @askSBSA. They now told me that I need to phone MyUpdates so that it could be activated. What is going on because it looks like they promise you something but you never get it. I even saw on Standardbank Facebook Page that I am not the only person with this problem.
