I wish to express my disappointment, by the level of service that I have received.
Firstly, the only reason I ended up taking my car to the branch in Gateway, was because, they are a preferred user for Hyundai. However I am very disappointed, as my car is worse than what it went in for. I also went back there the next week (bare in mind that I took time off work to go) and there's no difference. I refuse to take my car back there. I just want my money refunded back to me, so I can take it somewhere else to have sorted out. The amount that I paid was R1040.00.
