I have paid for a product 26.11.2013 already which was on a Friday, I was told that they only send out the product from Monday to Wednesday.
it has been almost a month now and still did not receive the product. every time I phone Angelique she ask that I phone her back in 20 min when I do I struggle to get hold of her and when I then get hold of her she cant give me a straight answer as to when I will receive the product. I phoned her again today and was told that I am not her only client and need to be patient.
I would like my money back if I don't receive the product by Friday 20.12.2013. this is really poor service how can she accept orders if she can not send the product out or give her customers straight answers.
