Awaiting feedback while no refrigeration

I bought two side-by-side fridges cash from Defy but have been having endless problems.
Right now we have no refrigeration and its 35 degrees outside.

I called the Upington branch hours ago, Sabrina was to call me back after searching for a job card (I fail to onder stand the relevance)

I have to keep calling to get feedback.

I am not happy with this service
