Unprofessional behaviou

I tried phoning the Zevenwaght Mall Edgars 4 times now (and I'm not joking or over exagerating), and ask to be put through to the cell phone counter (I need to follow up on a claim), but the first time no one answered, second time the phone was put down in my ear, third and fourth times my call was connected but it's like the received was put down on the table - I could hear the staffs conversations but no one answered my call. The poor guy who keeps answering my calls at the switchboard - he knows my voice off by heart all ready!
