I did a lay-bye of Clothes @ Jabulani in October this past Saturday i went to pay up and collect my it, Firstly when the guy came from the stockroom with my lay-bye i was opened i then asked him y is it opened he responded and said its because there is no enough space in the stockroom, My lay-bye was given to me but there were clothes missing 7 items that i have already paid for, i then foned the manager when i got home he was so RUDE to me and shouted over the fone, This is not the first time i lay-bye clothes @ an Ackerman store i normally do it @ Protea Gardens and i have received the best service ever. I want a refund and i dont want to deal with the store manager i was his area manager to contact me, This guy was rude and i tried to inform him he needs to check if his stuff members were still lay-by clothes.
