Further to this saga, the dishwasher is back, but still has a fault that stops the soap dispenser from opening, Whirlpool have abdicated all responsibility to a third party (Orca electrical who have been efficient) but still, themselves, refuse to communicate with me and maintain that Ben de Wit (head of customer service) does not deal directly with customers!!! Go on Mr de Wit, I challenge you to call one of your poor long suffering customers - and judging by the catalogue of shame against your company on Hello Peter, many others might like that too. I won't hold my breath...
