Please note that i reside in JHB.My dissatisfaction is with the lack of service and urgency. My Sportscene account was defrauded on the 01/12/2013.As the group suspected they blocked my account. I was only made aware of this when "I" enquired on the 12/12/2013.The trigger for my enquiry was that the same was committed on my Truworths account. If Chantel Damon's never requested that I enquire on my other retail accounts then I would not have known. Now this matter requires investigation which can take "2-3 months". sake where is the urgency? Credit bureaus are updated monthly and this will affect my good paying record. All because of incompetence allowing purchases of goods without the correct documentation (card and ID). I then asked that we put a pin on my account and the answer is that the facility is not available (in this day and age). I request that this matter be sorted in no more than 3 days. Also as I do it trust ur processes and lack of security I request hat you look into options which can mitigate the above. Please ensure that I am kept abreast on my requests. In the current dystopia security, urgency and processes should be invested in, something lacking in your group.
