About two weeks ago I went to the Look and Listen at Fourways Crossing to enquire if they could order an old movie for me called Summer of '42 starring Jennifer Neil. The staff was very helpful but up unitl today I have not received feedback from the store. I've tried to order the DVD from Amazon but due to regional restrictions the DVD can't be sent to South Africa. I've been a regular shopper at Look and Listen but their lack of feedback or response to a request is simply not acceptable. I would like to hear from them if they could find it from me or not? It's simple really.
