On my first wedding dress appointment at Pronovias i was sooooo nervous and anxious but as we went in to the shop with my mom and aunt, Sharlene greeted us and said she would call our consultant.
as she said Hi with a smile and hugged my mom, from that moment that we would hit it off... i told her what i wanted, my mom choose a few dresses and aunt and i asked her to choose one too and that dress was uninanimously the favourite, and the dress i wore on my big day. She went an extra mile in everything and i thank her so much
