Just some feedback regarding the excellent service received from Yuppiechef. Their website is amazing and user friendly. I was given a gift voucher from a few friends a while back and misplaced all the details. Having easily selected the item I wished to purchase from the website I was unable to check- out because I had lost the voucher number. I was expecting a huge hassle and excuses ranging from the voucher expiring to them having no proof of purchase. Calmly they requested that i at least try name the person responsible for the payment. Being 4 couples this meant 8 names of payments they would have to trace almost one and a half years ago. Also some of the names had changed as people had got married in that time and surnames had subsequently changed. No problem for Yuppiechef and within a few days I received, delivered promptly to my doorstep my brand new LeCreuset. Pan. Many thanks for fast and efficient service.
