I have ordered two parcels in November, where the one they wanted to courier. It is almost the end of December and I am still waiting for one. The second parcel was a pre-order, that was sent via the post. I have received that. I have phoned [URL Removed] a few times and I complained on Twitter. Each time they said that they will get back to me, but they don't I even requested to speak to a manager, but I am still waiting. I am sick and tired of waiting, and I want answers now!
I do not know what the problem is, because the couriers have phoned me to ask for my address.
And now I insist that they compensate me for my time and resources used to get hold of them.
I will never make use of their service again.
And I want people to know the very bad and poor customer service from [URL Removed]
