When you phone Sky Net and the phone are eventually answered after being cut of ten times and being send from one depatment to the other you will encounter the worst and most arrogant service delivery you will ever experience. They cannot track a parcel which you pay for, they will tell you different stories of where and when your parcel will be delivered or where it is. They cannot track a parcel handed over to a third party. They are the most unsifficeint company i have ever seen or heard of. Five parcels from Unisa needs to be deliverd to the same address in Roodepoort, yet one arrives on Monday the 28th of Feb.at around 09:00, while busy phoning and being informed that the others will only arrive on the 4th of Feb. the second parcel is delivered.( Keeping in mind that i have just been told that they tracking the parcel and it will only be delivered on the 4th of Feb. No Tracking. Enquired about the rest a day later and was told they can't track a parcel with a 3rd Party. Arogant Skynet has not phoned me back yet as they promised. Need to state that it is not the first time i had to deal with this arogant company but this was even worst than before. This reflects bad on UNISA.
