I went to Edgars to purchase baby bottles on the shelf was the last pack of Tommee Tippee 150ml bottles i wanted it when i checked the price it was the incorrect label on it was the price of the 260ml which is selling for R159.95 i asked the sales assistant to assist me she said that is the last set as they discontinued the double pack 150ml tommee tippee bottles and they offline so they cant get the correct code so i told her well if that is the case phone another store, she phoned a few stores while i was present i left the shop and told her i will be back when i got back she said none of the stores have it i mean really not one of the many stores in the western cape had those bottles, they said they cant sell me the bottles and if i want it i must just pay the price of the 260ml now who's fault is that they put incorrect labels on the items that is cause why would i want to pay R159.95 for a 150ml and the same price for a double pack 260ml. Then the sales assitant tells me it was a promotion price i mean really i purchase those bottles at edgars all the time so i know the prices... very bad service and attitude i received from them and i didnt even see a manager on duty.
