I got message fr. Edcon that they going to put me on the Credit bereau slow payers listing for my Edgars account is overdue, there ma se, i confirmed instore @customer service on both occasions before payment. Now the send me this ugly messages, and the call center agents cant even communicate properly, ag shame. After the Closing down and retrenchment of hundreds of cape town staff, who worked tiredly to keep Edcon afloat, now they going backwards and cant maintain service levels. Im deeply aggrieved with the poor customer service levels. Poor customer communication levels ect, and when you talk Afrikaans telephonically call them they drop the Phone in your ear, in due cause i will be closing my account and rather advise others to do like wise. Unhappy customer. Aggrieved Customer@ Edcon.
i wish that you withdraw my name from the credit bereau for slow payers with immediate effect..
