On the 2nd of December I placed an online order for items that showed available. To date the only thing I have received from CNA is the email confirming that my order has been placed. On Monday I phoned to request a date of delivery. The call center agent ran his checks and confirmed that it will definitely be by the end of this week. When I contacted the call center today the 13th, he firstly put the phone down? Accident? When he finally contacted me again he told me that they don't have stock. Its disappointing that such a large retailer can make such mistakes. Im truly disappointed in C N A and myself for thinking that their online service actually works. Its clear that they are buckling under the festive season. Thanks for nothing CNA wont make use of your online system again.
