Annoying Marketing Calls

I have recently opened an account with Foschini and I am sick and tired of the calls I have been receiving 4-5 times a day till I answer. Firstly, I have politely asked for my name and number to be removed from the call list as I did express I was not interested on the on set of the series of marketing calls placed to me on and about 3 months ago. Secondly, it has not been done and I now have to resort to being rude to the agents reason being once I express I am not interested and remove my details they say thank you and goodbye not even giving me an answer as to wether or not I am removed or even allowing me to request a manager. That is unexceptable and unprofessional service and I am quite upset as my request has not been fulfilled to date. I am now setiously considering closing my account and taking my shoping experience to another store with more professionalism and better service levels that would NOT constantly bother me with desperate marketing strategies that I am clearly not interested in.
