Hi goodday i am very dissapointed, on the 1st of december i ordered a gopro camera from riverside nelspruit shop, i received it on friday 6th december, the box was not complete, the camera didnt charged or switched on, on saturday i travelled 200km to use the gopro to cycle but it didnt work, on saturday afternoon i went to the store round about 17.00, the assistent manager phoned the store where they got the camera from speaking to a phillip, the camera was a demo, the unit was even sctratched and i showed them, on saturday 7th dec i ordered a new one promising me it will be here on tuesday 10th december, i phoned the store many times on the 10th of december and they said they are waiting for he couriers to deliver it, round about 14.00 the manager called me and said that the courier is stuck at the stop and go roadworks but the camera is coming, at 14.30 the manager called and said the camera was never picked up by the courier from the supllying company but they will make a plan to fly it in to nelspruit, i am still waiting for the camera but am very dissapointed, how can you give a demo that doesnt work after i paid for it and still dont get it..
