I complained about my account not being updated for the last 2 months but was called by 2 people in the week to tell me its been updated but when I go online and look at my balance... nothing has changed and I've gotten 2 text messages in the week to warn me about my account not being paid when I' ve never missed a payment. The accounts are not in right order and my credits looking bad because of there mistake.
