Clicks
Descriminatory Attitude

I had the most shocking experience at Clicks Rosebank at the zone shopping center courtesy of an employee by the name Jean Naidoo. I was in the clicks store on 11/12/2013 and when i was in the long que streching to close to the entrace and going back into the isles. When Jean walked past i said hello to follow up with a request to have more tills open to ease the ques ut to my surprise she turned turned around as she continued walking looked at me and i greeted her for the second time with her looking at me but she just turned away and continued wherever she was going. The people in the que around me were as surprised as i was by this display of no clue on the importance of communication in the retail industry. I have never asked for special attention from anyone despite my status and i would be very surorised if small things like communicating with customers is not something that Clicks incorporates when training arrogant and obviously dispensible people like Jean. She is a disgrace and very much needs counselling as i have no doubt clicks does not stand for this type of behaviou
