I took out life insurance telephonically with Virgin Life. I had a query as to an exclusion I did not feel happy about as well as further info regarding the wording of certain points. I mailed them, within half hour Monique Booysens from Virgin Life contacted me and explained all to me and ensured that the exclusion I did not agree with had been uplifted and removed. What a great attitude, customer service and friendly lady. Well done Virgin, I feel safe my life is in your hands when I am no longer around and my loved ones will be taken care of. We had a laugh as to some of the questions I asked which she said were important queries that people often don't ask and went the extra mile to get back to me. I would urge people to look into Virgin Money life insurance, great premiums and friendly, efficient awesome service.
