48 Hours for Refund

Good Day Woolworths

I am very upset and disappointed. I have been a valuable client for 20years, the treatment and service I received was just shocking!!!
On the 29/01/2013, I went to Cresta, in order to change the Goth Charm Necklace, barcode:6009175696821, for the amount of R99.95. I followed all Woolworths procedures. The chain was still attached to the price tag, never used and had the original cash slip.
I advised the Manager that I needed to be refunded in cash, as I paid with a creditcard. I was advised by Omega Mashaba (Manager) that she would be refunding be, according to my method of payment. Meaning that I paid with the creditcard, therefore the fund would only reflect within 48hours, onto my card. I advised, on the day of purchase (12/01/2013), irrespective of when the money would reflect, the R99.95 was available on my ceditcard, and deducted from my available balance, therefore, why was I inconvenienced??? I asked the Manager, Omega Mashaba to please show me, where in their Woolworths clause, does it show that there refund, takes 48hours, which she was so glad to point out, however, could not provide anything in writing. Thank you.
