After having endless problems with my on-line orders, Shamiel helped me to make sure that I would receive the goods that I had originally ordered. He kept on phoning me daily to find out if all was well and to keep tabs on the progress of my order. Also checked if I had further orders. I had other dealing by email with him and he also replied promptly to my messages and to keep me informed of progress.
