Loyalty Points of deceased not carried ove

Good day,

My Mother passed away in September 2012 and I requested her loyalty points to be put over to my own club card. I submitted all the relevant and requested info but its still has not been done! The documentation was submitted in October 2012 already.

Very disappointed.
