I would like to thank you for answering my complaint I put through in October/November last year, But I still insist that the Genesis Vacuum cleaner is not worth it. You Phoned me and asked me for a slip which I stated in the report Was taken the first time I had to exchange it. And since then the machine has deteriorated more and it is now just 2 years old... and as for your suggestion to get a quote to fix it I don't see any investment in it because I think it will me a regular thing and there are vacuum cleaners on the market that last longer than 2 years.
