I made a purchase on Sunday 8 December 2013. The one item I purchased was apparently already sold and I was told that an alternative item would be substituted. I have been trying to contact the store to confirm situation but the number (021) 710 3360 is not working and the other stores are unable to provide me with an alternate number. The toll free number is also not operational. How on earth do you run a business if your clients cannot get hold of you?
