We bought our daughter a razor scooter for her birthday for R3300 and it is faulty. They will not replace it even though it will not charge and they couldn't care less that itid a very expensive gift and the childish devastated! What a rubbish customer service experience and waste of supporting a big company! They will 'try' and get it fixed by Wednesday! Try and deliver it! Well I will def never shop there again.
