The pool cleaner did not work which I bought 7 month ago and went to the branch where I obtained the unit to have it repaired. After talking to the person @ Customer Services, did not get his name, he phoned the Manager for approval and without any hesitation a replacement was offered. He went with me to the shelve and handed me a new unit, he even apologized for the inconvenience and wished me a merry X mas. This is what service is all about to assist to resolve my problem.
