So... last week I was really blow away by the service I received by Jerry.
He is one of the service staff (maybe manager, not sure) at the tyre section for Full Throttle Edenvale.
He went out of his way to make sure a specific tyre brand company brings in a specific model of tyre that I wanted that was not in South Africa yet, and had it ready for me on Saturday when I got there.
(In making sure he called their manager directly who stopped the delivery truck and added the tyres to the Friday delivery to make sure I got them.)
And all this went hand-in-hand with the awesome service I received by Jerry and the rest of the sales staff At FT-Edenvale on Saturday when I got there.
Thank you guys. You will definitely see me there often again
