Refuse to exchange rotten meat

I bought 5 packs of Pork Texan steak as well as half a lamb in the week. The one Texan Steak pack was rotten and smelled bad.
I went back to Spar to exchange this pack. The butcher REFUSED to replace it without a slip. However, their label with their name, price, date etc. is on the pack.
This is actually disgusting. You WILL NOT find this at Checkers, Pick and Pay etc.
Forget about me as a customer, not that you will care. I will spread the word..
I also notice that Spar seldom respond to complains on this site. Not like Pick and Pay and Checkers and Woolworths etc etc etc. Wonder why.
