This is my second complaint relating to this matter.
It still has not been resolved.
Palesa phoned me on Friday 22 November at about 16:20 and left a message that she promises to give me feedback by Monday 25 November. I phoned back at 16:25 and got no answer.
I phoned on Tuesday 26 November, Friday 29 November and again on Monday 2 December and every time she was not available.
She said that they were going to refund the repair costs of R637 and the cost for a new machine for R1699 which i had to buy because it's now been more than 3 months and this issue is still not resolved.
PLEASE resolve this asap and refund me accordingly.
