I am horribly disgusted with the service i received from PHumi on the Coca-Cola switchboard. I was enquiring as to where i can purchase a certain product (coke, sprite, fanta etc in a glass bottle) and she was unable to help me, other than to pass on another number i had previously called but got no luck. how can you have someone like that working on your switchboard, who cannot even TRY to assist..? i'm definately not LOVING THIS...
