I have been trying to find a pair of either all white or all black ladies Converse All Stars for the last two weeks. I have gone to various stores only to be met by uninterested and unhelpful staff and managers alike. I don't understand how Edgars can advertise products on their website, of which they do not have stock. The fact that NONE of the branches are willing to order in for me and my queries are all met with excuses as to why there is no stock. Poor service delivery. I would appreciate a response and an actual resolution rather than more excuses.
