I went to do some shopping in the food department and also tried to purchase 3 sandals. The store couldn't assist me with my purchase as I never had my I'd book to activate my new card. I am a Valued customer, very loyal for 23years. I would never in my life of eworking in Retail act out such Intollerable Customer service. This is a huge store and the Supervisor Jacqui whom I spoke to telephonically to keep aside the shoes until the next day, I heard in the background what the cashier replied whom I asked to keep the shoes! 'Daai Goose van Pepstores' This is Alarming to me as I am the Client not a goose with Wings!!! I spoke to the Branch Manager but I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. I have lost all my Respect for Woolworths!! This is not the way you Treat Any customer!!! I won't rest until this matter is completly ironed out.
