Pick 'n Pay
Inconvenience, indifference and rodent control

Pick and Pay White River constantly restocks their shelves during peak shopping times. This may sound like a good thing, however, it means that the aisles are filled with resentful (and often rude) staff trying to restock while customers desperately try to get around or through them and their giant trolleys. Why can't the store restock in the early morning or after closing (and just restock what is out of stock during shopping times)? I complained to someone who seemed not to comprehend my problem and who seemed almost completely indifferent.

In addition the other morning we approached the fresh food section only to see a pile of peppers in a shocking state - it looked as if they had been nibbled overnight by rodents. Not only is the thought nauseating but this was at about 9:30 in the morning (a full hour and a half after the store had opened) and they had been left there. None of the squadron of restockers or, if such a thing actually exists there, a manager had noticed anything. This is just lazy indifference. Badly done Pick and Pay!
