Bad Attitude and worse service

Reported fault on Kelvinator website on Monday 28/01/2013, Woman from DZ appliances called to confirm that they had received the request that they come to Sedgefield to fix the error on my dishwasher. I informed her that I could only get a days leave on Wednesday 30/01/2013 . I took the day off and spent the whole day waiting for the DZ appliance technicians to arrive... no one came.

Inquired as to why no one arrived today on 31/01/2013 and was informed that Zander is far to busy to do the work and would probably arrive between 22:30pm and 23:00 pm to see to my request. Such an attitude was not called for from Kelvinators service agent.

As such I suppose I will have to sit for a year before my dishwashers error will be seen to, because clearly this Zander from DZ appliances is so busy doing other work that he can't fulfill his contractual obligations to Kelvinator as a service agent for their appliances.

This is the second time this dishwasher has had this fault, I should have learnt the first time when they gave me back someone else's scrap that DZ appliances can't be trusted as a service agent for Kelvinator.
