Terrible service

I went to pay R920 into my Edgars account at the Secunda Mall Edgars. I paid with my Fnb bank card and they had a problem printing the receipt. We were then directed to the accounts office where the manager Sizwe told us to go back to the paypoint where we started at. The transaction was reversed on the Edgars card but not on my Fnb card which meant that the account shows it has not been paid yet. It also means that R920 of my money is now gone from my Fnb account. The manager then said they were unable to help me get the money back in my Fnb account and that he will contact me with an update of any progress with regards to the matter. I had to contact him again and as of yet he has had no progress to report. I then contacted their customer care and reported the problem, only to find out a day later (after speaking to customer service) that my 1st call was not even logged. I have now spoken to a line manager at the customer service centre and i am now waiting for any feedback/results again...
