Just a quick shout out to Donovan and the guys at Full Throttle to say thank you for coming to the party so efficiently!

Background: the visor on my helmet had come adrift and the helmet was taken in for repairs at Full Throttle. Initially the repair was not carried out correctly and both I and my husband complained, I did so on Facebook and my husband did so in person.

Within seconds of my complaint, Full Throttle responded and Donovan contacted me personally. They sorted the helmet out and even arranged to have it delivered to where I work.
